Usergrams (USG) - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Usergrams (USG) platform and services. By accessing or using the Usergrams platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the Usergrams platform.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Usergrams platform and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of Usergrams and are protected by copyright laws.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Usergrams platform without the prior written consent of Usergrams.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Usergrams platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Usergrams makes no representations or warranties in relation to the Usergrams platform or the information and materials provided on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Usergrams will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, the Usergrams platform for any indirect, special, or consequential loss.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Usergrams reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Usergrams platform. Your continued use of the Usergrams platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
